Is a non-for-profit organistation not funded by the government. Annette Rose, Started the Charity, Acts Care, in Toowoomba in 1996, and for 15 years now we have been feeding Toowoomba and Surrounding Families in need, at peak times up to 30,000 families a month! And approximately 800 people per week still. We run solely on Volunteer Workers, donations by Companies and the generosity of the community. Although growing rapidly over this time, we are coming into the hardest times of 15 years, and help if needed more than ever. Nothing is too small every little bit counts.
